I joined Fathom as I felt really interested in the mission and vision of the company and felt that my skills would contribute to the organisations growth and development as well as provide me with a great challenge and an exciting job on a day to day basis. 

Heading up the People Function at Fathom I am responsible for bringing in fresh talent, onboard new team members into our company and culture. 

I am support employees and managers within the business with employee relations queries. I hold ownership over nurturing our culture.

I focus my attention in designing and implementing a processes in healthy structure to support and enable organisational development while we keep our culture and look after our teams.
