I am an experienced business development director and sales leader with more than 20 years experience selling to capital markets clients in the US, Europe and APAC.

I got involved in ESG and Climate Risk when I worked on regulatory and risk projects for global investment banks and immediately felt that I was delivering outputs that really mattered - for our customers, investors and the environment. 

At Fathom, with climate change set to increase the intensity and frequency of floods in the future, I work with global organisations to enhance intelligence and mitigate the risks of the evolving impact of flooding on their business and their customers.

I want to grow the capital markets team to include people who are committed to making a difference to our customers' businesses.
